Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 16 Sep 2026 · Effective: 16 Sep 2026
This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how Cievo Pte. Ltd. (“Cievo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (“Cookies”) when you use the Kadres platform (app.kadres.ai) and related services (the “Service”). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to our use of Cookies as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please disable Cookies through your browser settings or stop using the Service.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences — such as keeping you signed in — so you do not have to re-enter them each time you return, and they help keep the site secure. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in comparable ways; in this Policy we refer to all of them together as “Cookies.”
2. The Types of Cookies We Use
We keep our use of Cookies to a minimum. We use only the following categories:
- Strictly necessary Cookies. These are essential for the Sites to work. They enable core functions such as signing you in, keeping you securely logged in during your session, and protecting against fraudulent or unauthorised use. Because the Sites cannot function properly without them, they cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Functional / preference Cookies. These remember choices you make — for example, the workspace you last worked in — so we can give you a more convenient and personalised experience. They are set only after you sign in, and are never used to track you.
We do not use:
- Analytics or performance Cookies (no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar)
- Advertising, marketing, or remarketing Cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Third-party session-replay or cross-site tracking tools
3. Third-Party Cookies
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers — for example, our authentication and hosting providers — to operate the Sites. Where these providers set Cookies, they do so solely to deliver the service you have requested, such as keeping you signed in, and not to track you across other websites. We do not permit third parties to place advertising or cross-site tracking Cookies through our Sites.
4. Cookie Consent
Because we use only strictly necessary and functional Cookies — and no analytics, advertising, or tracking Cookies — we do not display a cookie consent banner. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the EU/UK GDPR, Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested do not require your prior consent.
If we introduce non-essential Cookies in the future (for example, analytics), we will update this Policy and present a consent banner that lets you accept or reject those Cookies before they are set.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete Cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that deleting the Cookies that keep you signed in will log you out of Kadres, and some features may not work as intended. The following guides explain how to manage Cookies in common browsers:
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
